This policy explains what information Olive Tree Interiors LLC collects through this website and the client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

When you request a quote, contact us, or create a client portal account, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, and a description of your project. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from that provider. Inside the portal we store project files, messages, and approvals you and our team exchange.

02How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, manage your project, send project notifications, and, if you requested a quote, send a short series of follow-up emails. We do not sell your personal information.

03Who we share it with

We share information only with the designers and contractors assigned to your project and with the service providers that run our website, email, text messaging, and hosting. Each provider is bound to use your data only to deliver its service to us.

04Emails and text messages

Follow-up emails include an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Text messages are sent only about your project and only to a number you provided; reply STOP at any time to end them. Message and data rates may apply.

05Cookies and site analytics

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies. To see how many people visit our public pages and which ones they read, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites, and it records only page views, the site that referred you, your approximate country, your browser and device type, and whether a quote or contact form was sent (never what you wrote in it). It is not active inside the signed-in client portal.

06Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your portal account, by contacting us at the address below. Some records must be kept for as long as required by law or by our contract with you.

07Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

08Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
