01Acceptance

By visiting this website, submitting a form, or creating or using a portal account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a portal account or request a quote. If you use the portal on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are allowed to bind them to these terms.

02Who we are

Olive Tree Interiors LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company and a registered home improvement contractor, PA HIC #PA194452, with a showroom at 301 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA 19611. We provide interior design, remodeling coordination, and contractor management, working with independent designers and trade partners.

The website and portal are operated for us by Vylink Studios, our web developer, which hosts the site and stores portal data on our behalf under our instructions.

03The website and the portal

The public website describes our services, our designers, and completed work. The client portal is a private area where clients, their assigned designer, Olive Tree staff, and assigned contractors share project files, messages, design versions, and change-order approvals.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or portal at any time. We will give portal clients reasonable notice of changes that affect an active project.

04Quotes and estimates

A quote request on this site is a request for information. It does not create a contract, and nothing we send in reply is a binding offer until both of us sign a written home improvement agreement.

Any price we share before a signed agreement is an estimate. It is based on the information you gave us and on typical conditions, and it may change after we visit the site, open walls, or confirm material selections.

Home improvement work in Pennsylvania is governed by the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act. Every project agreement we sign will contain the terms that law requires, including a description of the work, the total price, start and completion dates, and your right to cancel the agreement within three business days of signing. Those project agreements, not these website terms, govern the work itself.

05Portal accounts

We create portal accounts for clients when a project begins, and for designers and contractors we work with. You may sign in with an email address and password or with a Google account.

Keep your login private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your login until you tell us.

Access is role-based. Clients see only their own projects. Designers see only the clients assigned to them. Contractors see only job assignments and cannot message clients. Olive Tree staff can see all projects to manage them. When a project is complete, we may close client access to it after giving notice; we keep the records as described in our Privacy Policy.

06Communications and consent

When you give us an email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or project by email, phone call, and text message. Text messages are sent only about your project, for example when a new design is uploaded, and only to the number you gave us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for help.

If you request a quote and do not become a client, we may send a short series of follow-up emails. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing text messages.

For matters that the law requires us to put in writing, we may send the document by email or post it in the portal. You may request a paper copy at any time.

07Electronic records and approvals

You agree to receive documents, notices, and project records electronically, and to approve change orders through the portal. When you approve a change order in the portal, we record your name, your account, and the date and time. That record has the same effect as your signature on paper.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic records by writing to us at the address in the last section. Doing so may slow down your project, because approvals would then need to be made on paper.

08Content, designs, and photos

Designs, drawings, renderings, and selections prepared for your project belong to Olive Tree Interiors or the designer who created them until the related invoice is paid in full. After payment you receive a permanent license to use them for that project and that property. You may not resell them or reuse them for other properties without written permission.

Files, photos, and messages you upload to the portal remain yours. You give us permission to store them and share them with the designers and contractors on your project so we can carry out the work.

We will not publish photographs of your home in our gallery, showcase, social media, or advertising without your written consent, which you can withdraw for future use at any time. Designer portfolios shown on this site belong to the designers who created them.

The website itself, including its text, logos, and layout, belongs to Olive Tree Interiors and may not be copied without permission.

09Designers and trade partners

The designers and contractors listed on this site or assigned through the portal are independent businesses, not employees of Olive Tree Interiors. Olive Tree coordinates and manages each project. Trade requests go through Olive Tree staff, not directly from designers to contractors, so that scope, cost, and schedule changes are documented in a change order before work begins.

10Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or portal. In particular, do not try to access projects, files, or accounts that are not yours, probe or interfere with the site's security, upload anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or use the portal to harass anyone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

11Third-party services

The site uses third-party services to work: hosting, a database and file storage, an email delivery service, a text-messaging service, and Google for sign-in. Each provider is bound to use your data only to provide its service to us. If you sign in with Google, Google's terms also apply to that sign-in.

12Disclaimers

The website and portal are provided as they are. We do not promise that they will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruptions. Project descriptions, gallery photos, and designer profiles are general illustrations of our work; they are not a promise that your project will look the same.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olive Tree Interiors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or portal, including lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under a signed project agreement, under the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, or under any other Pennsylvania consumer protection law.

14Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website or portal that we cannot resolve by talking will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Berks County, Pennsylvania, and you agree to that venue. Disputes about the work itself are handled as set out in your project agreement.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example after our attorney's review. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For material changes we will post a notice on the site or email portal users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
